Classical Works

Trio for violin cello and piano is a chamber piece. This trio follows the basic form of three movments. I wrote the piece using Finale notation software, so all I have posted here is the terrible midi file version of the piece as I wrote it. I hope to have a recording of this piece within a year.

Movement I Andante

Movement II Adagio

Movement III Allegro

Ressurection is a chamber piece for a small orchestra and a vocalist. Here I've recorded the basic parts arranged for guitar accompaniment and vocals. The recording is not so good but you can listen to the music to get a sence of the piece. It is a very dark piece, much like a modern requiem, consisting of four movements with a brief introduction section which I composed shortly after the Ignited album was finished. Take a listen, but it takes some patience as the piece is a little under 40 minutes, and is pretty depressing. I still really enjoy this piece and hope to hear it played as the full chamber setting for which it I composed it. Hopefully someday, sooner than later.

Introduction

Movement I Allegro: The theme of death and ultimate longing for trancendence.

Movement II Adagio: The futility of meaning under eternal longing.

Movement III Andante: Salvation is death of self, but we are caugth unaware, self-involved.

Movement IV Allegro: Creation is the journey home, our blood the fertile soil for an emerging truth.
